Fulfillment & Delivery Policy


We are committed to delivering your products and services in a timely and secure manner.

  • Digital Products & Services: Access to digital goods, software, or service subscriptions is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Login credentials or download links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 15 minutes.
  • Physical Products: Orders for physical goods are processed within 1-2 business days.Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

 Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

  • Physical Goods: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 
  • Digital Goods & Subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for digital software and services, provided you have not excessively utilized the service limits. If you are unsatisfied, please contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. 
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed automatically to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

Cancellation Policy

We make it easy to manage your orders and ongoing services:

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order for physical goods at any time before it has shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the Return Policy applies. 
  • Subscription Cancellation: Active subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle, and you will retain access until the current period expires.​

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Prices are listed in USD, and all transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving payment issues, issuing refunds where applicable, and ensuring a fair resolution faster than the traditional chargeback process.
